As a co-founder and chief editor of Al Hashulchan, the leading Israeli culinary magazine, Janna Gur has been on the cutting edge of food trends in Israel for over 20 years and was privileged to follow and document the incredible renaissance of the local culinary scene.

Since she authored "The Book of New Israeli Food" in 2008 she has been touring and lecturing extensively both in Israel and abroad.
