Hello, I am Janna,
a Tel Aviv based food journalist, editor and cookbook author. Food is my passion and telling the world about the incredible renaissance of the Israeli food culture is my life-long project.
I have written three books, on Israeli and Jewish cuisine, and my new book “Shuk”, which I wrote together with the Israeli-American chef Einat Admony. For the last decade, I have been touring and speaking extensively about Israeli and Jewish food both in Israel and around the world. I also hosted several culinary missions and led numerous food tours around Israel.
